Summer Solstice

Discovery Breath & Gong Sound Bath

Saturday 17th December

5.30 pm to 7.00 pm

The Solstice signifies the time when Mother Earth is at the fullness of her strength, fertility, and abundance,

let’s celebrate with her

We have cleared the dense winter inward energy during these lighter spring days as we slowly began stretching ourselves awake like the first blooms flourishing.

We are now able to embrace the transition and be nourished by the sun’s warmth and long summer evenings

feel alive & celebrate

with

Athalee and Jaye

on a discovery breathing and gong sound journey to shrug off winter and prepare to embrace the longer warmer days.

What to expect…

Join for a deep sensory experience and allow us to guide you through an immersive journey of breath and sound.

All you need to do is make yourself a comfortable warm nest, lay down, and BREATHE we will take care of the rest, as we guide you through this breathing/sound experience in an intimate and safe space.

How will I feel?

You will experience some form of release be it physical, emotional, or perhaps you will awaken a feeling of letting go, a complete calmness, every breathing discovery is individual and personal.

Giving yourself this opportunity to go deep within simply by using your breath, releasing physical tension, melting away mental stress, your breath will transport you out of your busy mind and feeling into the sensory world within your physical body. You will leave rejuvenated and recharged.

It is called

Living with the seasonal solstice and equinox

Our inner teacher says: revolve your life around the four pillars and everything will be taken care of.….

what does this mean for us?

Indigenous cultures recognise earth-based wisdom and understood that the four focal points of the year:
the four major Planetary events that happen each year are:

two Equinox's (Autumn and Spring, the day and night are equally as long) and two Solstice (Winter and Summer, the shortest and longest days).

The changing seasons are key points in the cycle of life in nature,

and within this cycle many ancient cultures perceived a powerful deeper message for humanity that they are illuminated stages of an inner spiritual journey – a spiritual cycle that the individual takes within themselves.

Everything will manifest around you when you will relate to your spirit.

Ever since the Winter Solstice, the sun has been slowly growing and the days have steadily been getting longer. The Summer solstice represents the transition from action to nourishment, which is exactly what the Sun gives us during the long nights of summer, both to our actual crops but also to the continual journey we travel from darkness to light.

As we consciously link our awareness to nature's cycles, our understanding of our own cycles begin to deepen.
