Experience classes that are a grounding and energising start to your day, or a restorative and calming end to a busy day!
What is Available
A schedule of community breathing classes either online classes or in-studio classes. All classes are in Sydney Australia AEDT time.
Drop-ins are welcome to all classes if you would like to experience breathing practice to see if it is for you, or a range of 5 or 10 class passes is another option.
What is involved?
ONLINE CLASSES ~ SCHEDULE BOTTOM OF PAGE
The classes are group-based and as they are live online via Zoom, for everyone’s privacy you will automatically have your microphone muted as you enter.
They can be unmuted if we have a group discussion or you have a question after the class is finished as I will be available to answer and assist with your practice in any way needed. If you wish to practice with your camera off that is perfectly OK.
As they can be practiced from the privacy of your home, it is a good idea to have a peaceful space set up either on a floor cushion or chair, some practices you will be lying down so ensure you have yourself set up, just make sure you are comfortable and warm.

All classes/workshops are run at Madly Calm Studio at Flynn’s Beach Surf Club, Tuppeny Road, Port Macquarie unless stated, otherwise.
All sign-up, payments, and scheduled classes are the same as for the online classes using the Momo Yoga app with all details of bookings and class costs below.
